Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By using VibeBot (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What VibeBot Does

VibeBot is a Discord bot that plays audio clips automatically in voice channels. Features include:

All trigger configurations and audio files are stored as Discord attachments in a private #vibebot-config channel within your server — not on VibeBot's infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Discord account to use VibeBot. Certain features (such as setting sounds for other members or scheduling playback) require the Manage Server permission in the relevant Discord server. By using the Service you represent that you have the necessary authority within that server.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

4. Audio Content

You are solely responsible for all audio you upload or extract via the Service. You must own or have the rights to use any audio content. This includes files you upload directly, audio extracted from YouTube URLs, and TTS output you generate.

VibeBot stores audio as Discord attachments and does not independently host your files. YouTube audio extraction is a temporary server-side process; the resulting file is stored only as a Discord attachment in your server.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeBot and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
