VibeBot does not collect, store, or share any personal information on its own servers.
VibeBot does not have a database. We do not store your Discord username, user ID, avatar, server information, or any other personal data on our servers.
All trigger configurations and audio files are stored entirely within your own Discord server as attachments in a private #vibebot-config channel — not on VibeBot's infrastructure.
When you log in with Discord via the web dashboard, a temporary AES-GCM encrypted session cookie is stored in your browser solely to keep you authenticated. This cookie contains no personal data beyond what is necessary to verify your Discord session, and is cleared when you log out.
When you use the YouTube extraction feature, the provided URL is processed server-side to extract audio. The audio is immediately uploaded as a Discord attachment to your server's #vibebot-config channel and is not retained on VibeBot's servers after the transfer completes.
When you generate TTS audio via the web dashboard, the text you provide is sent to a third-party AI speech service to produce audio. The resulting file is uploaded to Discord and is not stored on VibeBot's servers. Do not include sensitive personal information in TTS input.
We use Umami to collect anonymous usage events (e.g. page views, button clicks) to understand how the dashboard is used. Umami does not use cookies and never collects personally identifiable information.
